Memphis, TN: Central BBQ

Ok back to the BBQ. Central has good dry ribs, wet ribs, and pulled pork. Also, some really good homemade BBQ potato chips. Sadly we were so hungry that we forgot to take any food pics, so you'll just have to use your imagination.

A little change of pace--no BBQ for lunch. Instead we go all fried! Fried green tomatoes, fried pickles, fried chicken! And for dessert some chess pie and sweet potato pie.

Memphis, TN: Charlie Vergos Rendezvous

Something a little bit different in Memphis: dry ribs! These ribs have a dry rub to give them the flavor, although personally I liked them better after dipping them in the spicy BBQ sauce here. BBQ nachos (shown here) and beer brisket were also pretty tasty.
