Weird NFL stuff

Some weird stuff going on with NFL players lately.

-Former Patriots WR Donte Stallworth accidentally hit a man with his car and killed him. His statement to the media was "I flashed my lights at him." Ok....if you have time to flash your lights at somebody, don't you also have time to react in a more effective way? I guess I'm baffled at the notion that a driver can have time to flash their lights at a pedestrian in the street, yet somehow fatally hit him anyway. Today it was reported that Stallworth will be charged with DUI (duh) and manslaughter. It's not the accident that baffles me, it's that Stallworth would make this statement to reporters.

-Jay Cutler is going to be traded. Head coach Josh McDaniels and owner Pat Bowlen have said they have not been able to get in touch with Jay Cutler and that the relationship doesn't seem like it can be repaired. Well, I guess if that's the case....

....But wait! Now Jay Cutler is saying that these guys never tried to call him. In fact, now he's saying that he never thought it would go this far. Seriously? This guy is saying that his coach and the owner of his team flat out lied? What's going on with this guy?

-Execution-style slayings in Woodbury? Isn't that the place with the massive numbers of outlet stores?
